INVESTING IN A BETTER TOMORROW FOR MEDORA
In 1986 Harold and the Schafer family took their dedication to Medora to the next level by establishing the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation with a multi-million dollar gift. And in order for us to keep our vision alive, we are committed to pursuing several endowments that will grow and offer stability for decades to come.
An endowment fund is established with a gift from a generous donor.
Through the prudent management by the investment staff and board, the endowment fund grows and produces income annually and in perpetuity.
The principal is held in perpetuity, and the income proceeds support the needs as designated by donor intentions.
