There’s no place quite like Medora.
It’s a town of about 100 people most of the year—but May through September, several hundred thousand travelers visit here, chasing the allure of the Badlands, the experience of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, the great golf or a night at the world-famous Medora Musical, which we operate here at the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation. And we do a lot of other things, too!
But we couldn’t do any of it without people like you.
TRMF is made up of more than 50 dedicated full-time employees, and a stellar seasonal team of over 350 people. Together, we help connect people to Medora for positive, life-changing experiences.
The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides entertainment, lodging, retail, and outdoor experiences for the traveling public.
Being a part of the TRMF team means:
The Life Skills Center is at the heart of campus and employee living. It features the following amenities:
Right across the street from the Life Skills Center are the Elkhorn Quarters—which consist of not only motel rooms for guests, but housing for seasonal employees.

At the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation, we want you to have experiences beyond your time at work. That’s why we provide all sorts of free or discounted activities for you to participate in. The more you experience for yourself, the better equipped you’ll be to educate our guests!
