Medora to Celebrate Veterans and Active Duty Service Members on July 11th, 2021

(Medora, ND) – The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) is excited to welcome veterans and active duty service members of the United States to attend the Medora Musical for free on July 11th, 2021.

Veterans Day in Medora is an annual summer tradition for TRMF. We invite military members past and present to attend one of two performances of the Medora Musical free—as well as a keg social and free rides on Manitou the Point to Point Zipline.

“The Medora Musical always features a salute to service members, but we’re so glad we can dedicate an entire evening to the brave men and women who defended our country,” says Kaelee Knoell, Marketing Manager for TRMF. “It’s a great gift the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation gets to give.”

Veterans Day in Medora is made possible by the TRMF Veterans Appreciation Day Endowment, which was initially funded by Mary Larsen, and has been substantially supported by philanthropy on the part of Van & Dee Larson and Guaranty & Title Co.

The schedule of events on July 11th is as follows:

  • For all veterans, free Medora Musical tickets to the 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM MDT shows
    • Both shows include a special pre-show program
  • Keg social at the Pitchfork Steak Fondue from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
    • Includes a special award ceremony by the Missouri River Quilts of Valor
  • Free rides on Manitou the Point to Point Zipline

Veterans and active duty service members who wish to attend the Medora Musical on Veterans Day are reminded to purchase tickets ahead of time at Medora.com.
