The 60th Anniversary of the Medora Musical is fast approaching! Only a few short weeks before the Greatest Show in the West will grace the Burning Hills Amphitheatre stage for its 60th year in a row! The musical will boast quite a few returning Burning Hills singers and dancers, such as Kaitlyn Carnes, Karter Dolan, Blair Edwards, Colleen McCurley, Dillon Nowatchik, Edwin Rodriguez , Trent Taber, and Sarah Whelan. Newcomers to the musical include Noah Coon, who comes to us from Fargo ND, Camille Foisie, Kayla Grudi, and Joy Missey.
Our two hosts this year will be Felicity Jemo, who is a returning Burning Hills Singer, and Zeb Wallace from Minot, ND!
Along with the talented singers and dancers, the Coal Diggers Band will consist of some truly magnificent musicians, such as Callum Murphy, DayVawn Miller, North Skager, Carlos Zagal, and Aaron Collins.
Audiences can look forward to a standout variety lineup, featuring:
Quinn Beasley is an acrobat, unicyclist, comedian, fire performer, and jack of all trades! He will be taking the stage from June 4- July 6.
Shawn Reynolds is an award-winning comedian with millions of online views and international recognition. He will be cracking the audience up from July 8-August 10.
The Frontier Five is a drum corps comprised of world-class talent from across the globe. Come listen to their beats from August 12- September 13.
This wonderful cast has already begun the process of putting together the special 60th Anniversary show. This year will feature plenty of long-held traditions of the Medora Musical: Faith, Family, Freedom. There will be fireworks, live horses, singing, dancing, clogging, and family-friendly fun for all! The West will be kicking up its heels all summer long with special celebrations for this monumental year.
