Celebrating the Stars of the State: Honoring North Dakota Industries with a Special Summer Promotion at the Medora Musical!

Published on March 28, 2025

“If Medora is to survive, the people of North Dakota have to want it to survive.” Harold Schafer is often quoted as saying. Thanks to the hard work of Harold Schafer and the dedication of the people of North Dakota, Medora has done more than survive; it has thrived!

This year, as a special thank you to those hard-working North Dakotans, the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation will be offering 15% off Medora Musical tickets for Teachers, Nurses & First Responders, Farmers & Ranchers, and Energy Workers.

June is the first month of the Medora Musical, and it is dedicated to North Dakota Teachers. Each night, we will honor teachers with a special 15% off promotion, free 60th Anniversary merchandise, recognition at the musical, and more!

July will similarly honor Farmers and Ranchers, August will follow suit by recognizing Nurses and First Responders, and September will celebrate the Energy Workers.

Many of these industries should expect more information and special promotions from their place of employment. To ensure that all of these industry workers are invited, we ask those who receive the information to be “A Good Neighbor” and let their colleagues know about this special promotion.

This summer at the Medora Musical will be unforgettable and we want to make sure that our audience, the workers of North Dakota, feel appreciated and recognized! Come be a part of these special events to honor those in North Dakota who teach future generations, keep us fed, keep us safe and healthy, and help keep the lights on!

We hope to see you out in Medora this summer for the 60th Anniversary of the Greatest Show in the West!
