Volunteers are the behind-the-scenes heroes of Medora
From painting and watering flowers to greeting guests at the Medora Musical, our team of volunteers goes a long way in helping us achieve our vision of connecting people to Medora for positive, life-changing experiences.
The Denis Montplaisir Volunteer Endowment is a growing fund that was seeded by a $100,000 gift from the Rob and Melanie Walton Foundation. And your additional support will help us cover the food, lodging, and provisions we provide to ensure our volunteers have their own positive experiences in Medora.
The Volunteer Endowment is named for Denis Montplaisir, who served as the lead for TRMF’s volunteer program for over 11 years. He helped to positively shape an untold number of lives during his time on earth. In 2019, Denis suffered a heart attack while on the job in Medora—but his memory and his influence live on.
