Medora to Host the 2026 International Roundup Tourism Tradeshow in Efforts to Share “The Great American West.”

Medora is a great place to do business. As former Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation board member Al Christianson once said “I can bring our company leaders to Medora and our competitors to Medora and our differences get smaller. That helps business get done.” That sentiment rings true today as Medora will host one of the world’s largest and most exclusive tourism tradeshows in 2026.
International Roundup will welcome more than 40 international tour operations, 100 regional suppliers, and travel planners from a dozen countries. This multi-day event will promote international tourism and travel to the four-state region of North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Idaho.

This news comes at a time when Medora is reaching new heights! In 2025, the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation will celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Medora Musical, one of the biggest tourist attractions in the state of North Dakota. In 2026, Medora will also see the opening of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library. This massive year will be highlighted with many different celebrations and the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation is excited to share Medora with not just the rest of the United States, but the world!
Medora and the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation invite regional suppliers to register for the 2026 event, as the opportunity to engage in one-on-one business negotiations with tour operators from the United Kingdom, Germany, Benelux, France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and the Nordic countries.
